East Central Indiana continues to demonstrate that nationally recognized innovation and business growth can happen right here at home.

Accutech Systems Corporation, based in Muncie, has been named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, marking the company’s fifth consecutive year among the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States.

The recognition is particularly significant considering the select group Accutech has joined. According to the company, less than one-tenth of one percent of the millions of privately held businesses nationwide make the Inc. 5000 in any given year—and even fewer earn a spot five years in a row.

For East Central Indiana, Accutech’s continued recognition is another example of the innovative companies growing, investing, and competing nationally from within our region.

Five Years of Sustained Growth

The Inc. 5000 recognizes privately owned U.S. companies based on three-year revenue growth, making consecutive appearances an important measure of sustained business performance.

Accutech CEO Adam Unger credits that continued success to the people behind the company and a commitment to its customers.

Unger said earning the recognition for a fifth consecutive year reflects the strength and dedication of Accutech’s entire team.

From Muncie to a National Market

Accutech’s story began in 1987 as a provider of trust accounting and wealth management software for banks and financial services firms.

Today, the company has evolved into three distinct business units:

Cheetah provides wealth and trust management technology; Moneytree delivers financial planning software; and Intersection operates as a full-service marketing and branding agency. Together, the three businesses allow Accutech to serve organizations across the financial technology and marketing industries.
