In Daleville, Landess Farm is celebrating fall with their 10-acre corn maze, pumpkin patch, hayrides and delicious baked goods. Their fall festivities run from September 17 to October 29, every day except Saturdays. Sundays are the busiest days, each featuring a unique theme.

Dougherty’s grows 33 varieties of apples, as well as pumpkins, pears, and sunflowers. Their Petting Farm allows you meet a variety of farm animals. The orchard also serves a variety of sweet fall treats including apple dumplings, apple cider, and donuts.
Hainlen Orchard is another must visit for apple lovers. The orchard sells cider, sweetcorn, jack-o-lantern pumpkins, pie pumpkins, gourds, Indian corn, honey, jam, and jelly. The farm market also carries locally made candles, decorations, and a variety of Hainlen Orchard wares. They even offer an experience where your family can pick and press your own apple cider.
Jacob’s Family Orchard is a family tradition that you won’t want to miss. Both children and adults will enjoy hayrides, the farm themed play area, a sunflower trail, and picking your own pumpkin from the orchard’s wide selection. The orchard is also well known for their signature apple cinnamon donuts.
Westwind Farm and Fiber in Yorktown offers many activities perfect for families of all ages. They have a historic barn to tour, a fiber mill, pioneer village, yard games, sensory/hands on play activities, a petting zoo, a playground, yard games, and barrel rides. Admission includes a hayride and a pumpkin to take home. They also serve apple cider donuts, slushies, and apple dumplings at the farm store.
